Thanks to our participating Small Businesses, Spokes and partners, Select Fulton, in partnership with the Greater South Fulton Chamber of Commerce, as part of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Community Navigator Pilot Program grant, were able to help secure more than $24 million in small business loans and provided 347 small businesses with individual counseling, training and access to resources to enhance small business growth.

Celebrating Post-COVID Small Business Success
From December 1, 2021, through November 30, 2023, Select Fulton, in partnership with the Greater South Fulton Chamber of Commerce, as part of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Community Navigator Pilot Program grant, helped small businesses in Greater South Fulton and around the country adapt and thrive in a post-COVID world with counseling, training, and access to resources provided in part through our trusted community partners to enhance small business growth.

What is the Community Navigator Program?
Fulton County Government, under the direction of Select Fulton, is the recipient of a Community Navigator Pilot Program award funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). This is a federal program with the purpose of providing technical assistance to small businesses affected by COVID. Major support is provided by the Greater South Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
What is a Small Business?
According to the SBA, a Small Business is one that has fewer than 1,500 employees and a maximum of $38.5 million in average annual receipts, but these standards vary by industry. The following SBA tools can help you determine if you qualify.
